It depends on what you pick. I ordered a wig and it got to me in LA in about 5 business days. They do have different shipping options at checkout though.

Mine took a solid week to get to San Diego. Might be cutting it close for next weekend, you might want to check their site for estimated delivery or pay for expedited if you're really in a rush.

Returns were pretty easy for me. Just make sure you don't wear it or cut the lace if it's a wig. They need to be in original condition.

I returned a wig that wasn't the right color for me. As long as it's unworn, with tags and everything original, it's not too bad. You'll probably have to cover return shipping though, just a heads up.

I'm thinking about getting a glueless wig, but I'm worried about sizing. Do their wigs run true to size, or should I size up/down?

Their glueless wigs usually have adjustable straps so they fit a pretty good range of head sizes. I've never had an issue with them being too small or too big.

Mine fit perfectly without needing glue, and I have a pretty average head size. They're designed to be adjustable so you probably won't need to size up or down unless you have a super small or large head. Always check the product description for measurements though if you're really unsure.
